About Us
Sunset Villas are classic Mani stone-built architecture using local natural materials allowing it to blend harmoniously in its beautiful typical Greek surrounding. It is conveniently located on a quiet hillside above magical Agios Nikolaos and Stoupa easy accesible through the main road.
Although in an elevated position the villas are a short 2 minute drive down to fisherman's coastal village of Agios Nikoloas, with its many bars, tavernas and beach areas.
A place in the sun overlooking the Messinian Bay with the magnificent Taygetos mountains behind us.

Exploring new places is our passion and we are obsessed with discovering picture perfect beaches, once in a lifetime experiences, and the most delicious local dishes. This is why we built Sunset Villas in this unique part of Greece!
